Thanks for the update. I used AmiUpdate to complete the update. Network seems to be much improved.
The only casualties I have found so far are AmiDVD, NetSurf 3.11 and Snoopy.
- AmiDVD ... no GUI, no crash, no messages. - NetSurf .. Couldn't resolve host name message. - Snoopy ... This Snoopy ceases working at dos.library V54.116
I haven't had a chance to update yet, but that problem was reported by some beta testers a while back. Unfortunately there hasn't been a proper new release of NetSurf since.
Update installed on my A1222. Everything went well. Downloaded the archive directly from Hyperion, then unpacked and installed. First tried on AmiUpdate, but that failed for me.

Has the download become available for you now? Hope you'll get it sorted soon.
thanks Chris, netsurf on my x5k was also inop, at least it loaded but would not load any websites, downloaded your latest ci bundle and it works fine, thanks. not sure why update3 would have affected it whilst Ibrowse and Odyssey were unaffected??
Ohhh.. what a great surprise! Updated via AmiUpdate and everything went well on Pegasos II (latest revision board 2GB and radeon9250 )
Now should has been fixed also PCI devices problem allocating all on the same IRQ. I wonder if BARS are fixed too like done in BBOOT by Balaton Zoltan.
This is showconfig report, sadly it does not mention allocated IRQ for every device like Ranger does

@flash Quoting @kas1e from comments under the news about UP3 "..The only thing some of us may miss there as well, is that in this release we don't have very latest kernel with pegasos2 fixes allowing us to use bridges for HD/RX cards, but that purely because the "team lead of exec-sg" , can't understand that there were a bug on x5k which need to be fixed for 2 years, and at the release of update3 it was too late. So, there is hope for 4.2 which someday may happens..."
Now the question is, what has been improved in the kernel that is in UP3? I haven't installed UP3 yet. On amiga-news.de, someone posted a link to the changelog link-> http://mcrebe.de/changelog.html. There is nothing there about the peg2 kernel.
Has the download become available for you now? Hope you'll get it sorted soon.
Not yet unfortunately. I have sent an email to support@hyperion-entertainment.com. So hopefully someone is reading that email. I have registered my AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition for A1222+ under "Product Registration" on the website a long time ago and it is listed. But Update 3 does not appear under "Download" and does not appear when using Amiupdate. I see on facebook that someone else with an A1222 cannot get it to appear either.
here is the official report by Hyperion on hyperion-entertainment.com About kernel there's following statement: New, updated kernels for the X5000, X1000, AmigaOne, Pegasos II, Sam460, Sam440, and Classic Amiga systems, featuring upgraded cache handling and DMA operation on supported hardware.
However, it’s not clear whether the Pegasos II PCI IRQ fixes have been included. In any case, if the issue was due to a lack of time, it might be possible to address it later with a specific hotfix.
