@Mikey_C Nice to have met you at the show Mikey, hope your well. I spotted it earlier too, clutching at straws aren't we! Might as well sit back and see what happens over the next few months. Stay tuned. :D Edit: And what the hell is a Transputer. ;p

@djrikki Anyway, there was also work done on transputers with Amiga. I remember an article about it in AmigoTimes magazine, probably issue 1.2 or 1.3. The Amiga Transputer boards were running HeliOS and I don't know if they were ever released as a commercial product (anyone know?).

@Mikey_C
Hi Mikey,
Ii'm sorry I couldn't make the fair, but I'll be fully briefed by the LAGittes soon.
I folowed the LINK
http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/b ... ransputer-lives-amiga-one it quoted
"where a new model, the Amiga One X1000, was unveiled, although not demonstrated,"
However, Treveor Dick posted on
http://amigaworld.net/modules/newbb/v ... 240&viewmode=flat&order=0 "Hello from the VCF show. I set up the A-EON/Hyperion stand yesterday with the help of Steve Jones, from Cluster UK. We have a Nemo board installed in a clear perspex case for a general display so people can see the board in the flesh. I also have an AmigaOne X1000 case for a second Nemo board that the Frieden brother's are hand carrying with them from Germany.
And the good news, the brother's have just arrived, installed the board and I'm pleased to say AmigaOS4.1 Update 2 is up and running in public for the first time.!!!!!"
Can you advise the original poster that the X1000 was running OS 4.1 update2 please ?
To keep the facts right and hopefully inspire more people to become interested in the X1000 project.
Kind Regards, Michael

@nbache Also confirmed. Ran well, too. And although it was only for a few moments on your way out, it was nice to meet you, Nils.

There were a number of people I would have liked some more time to chat with, but we were afraid we would get caught in traffic on the way down to Heathrow. The stupid thing is, once we were underway, we realized that we had forgotten about our decision from that morning not to set our watches to BST, so we had in fact left the place one hour earlier than planned.
Best regards,
Niels
