Thanks Joerg for new libxml2. Now myspace page doesnt crash anymore on login. Tested 2 times now. Thanks also for the popup menues. OWB is more and more usable here. Only thing needed now is download/upload of files and then we are going places. I still use owb2.2 to upload/download files.
Keep up the good work Joerg :D
EDIT:
www.pricerunner.se does crash here on OWB2.8 ;(

@Kicko
"EDIT:

Yes it does here too.
Also, gmail pops up an error when you do anything that requires a database update. Version 2.7 did the same. I have to use standard html mode.
Still, I am very impressed and just made Jorg a donation.
Thanks Jorg!

Perahps making a donation could help: see, you've got an iconify button/menu item in 2.8
.

OWB2.8 rocks !! Thanks Joerg. The problem I had posting replies to news items on amigaworld is now fixed with this version of OWB. Now I can type my post, then click in the little box that says "Preview" and I see two choices "Preview" and "Post Comment". I can select "Post Comment" and click the "Go!" button and works as I would expect. Not sure if you call that a cycle gadget or a drop-down but it works just fine. Thanks also for the iconify feature. Many thanks, redfox

Wow! Thanks Joerg. eBay motors works as well as if not better than Firefox on the neighboring Windoze box. It should be fun to combine OWB with 4.1 when I can afford it. Wouldn't take much more than bookmarks and Arexx port to make this complete for me! You're work is amazing, and amazingly fast! Paul

this article , then check the readme file in the OWB 2.8 download.

I am wondering if the release of google chrome code will enable amiga browsers to get a boost?

OWB 2.8 is great and Joerg rules! It almost fills all in the holes in IBrowse: CSS rendering and it opens my company's sharepoint site. All it needs (for me) is to handle my Linksys router's login and I won't need a WinXX computer! Regards, JCC

@ldituri Sounds like you are using a too old OS. OWB needs OS4.0 Final with July update, OS4.0 Classic or OS4.1
