Hi Chris. I've just started to get the Recursion 2015 website updated. I'd be very happy to add a link to ANT, if the group are still willing to come across on the 4 July to help celebrate 30 years of the Amiga.

How many are going? doesn't look like there will be much spare space and its a pity it is only for one day, but I can go with A1Xe and CDTV.

There will be plenty of space at Recursion for Amigans - I guarantee that!

If enough people (say a dozen+) wanted to have an Amiga only meet on the Friday evening (3 July) I could arrange a space for that in the school. There are a few cheapish hotels in Stratford (eg Premier Inn) and plenty to do for the weekend if the "other halves" wanted to come along too.

Hehehe I think my other half would rather chew cardboard than sit at a computer show, although she did accompany me to Italy that one time, may have had something to do with the location, no offence Stratford

I scored quite a few karma points with my better half last year by letting her loose in the shops while I was at the show - and of course spending the rest of the weekend together with her around town .

Best regards,

Niels

You never did tell me if the new version of FolderSync2 I sent you helped or not!

Oh dear. Seems like you need to persuade some of the other guys to bring their better halves as well, at least they can have fun getting lost together .

Could be dangerous since they'll all have some common ground and might start sharing ideas you may regret.

Thanks Chris, I have it now, didn't realised you e-mailed me the link duh!
I have backed up the original which now strangely seems to be working!
New version works and selects several files which it chooses to ignore and not back up, which version should I use?

I would use the latest version, which would be the one I recently sent you a link for.

If FolderSync2 is running in Backup mode, it should not ignore ANY files... unless they are Soft/Hard Links. I have a separate utility (AmigaAttributes) for backing-up & restoring Soft/Hard Links. While I could update your backup script to use that as well, it might be simpler if you just used BackUp (instead of FolderSync2).
