Have you tried disabling interrupt in the tooltypes on the monitor driver in DEVS:Monitors? XMoto for OS4 has similar rendering problems to those in the video that are fixed by disabling interrupts. Just to see if it is the same problem.

Seems like you have fogging issues on the polygons...

What graphics card are you using? And where do you get the alignment exceptions, in MiniGL, in your code, or in Warp3D?

Yes I did try that and yes it solves the problem.

@Rogue,

Yes there are still many issues left to solve. I am using a radeon 9000.

About the alignment exceptions they happen in my code and I have been adviced to review all the warnings generated during compilation, there might be something fatal.

Is that engine available somewhere or how did you get your hands on it?

Wow! I never thought that you would finish it! ...

I wrote about "some time" ago at aw.net... if you remember? A relative are working on a game for the PC using this engine... this is just great!

So the obvious question would be... how much more do you need to work on?

And... wow... amazing! thanks!

Is this still working? I am writing a new version of Starfighter on the PC using Torque and would love to be able to port it to the Amiga if Torque works on this platform.

What's the status of this?

That would be nice to know. However, Shadow hasn't logged in here since June, so it might take a while to get a response. Does anyone have any other contact details for him?

yes I guess it has been a while since I logged in last time, but I do read the page everyday

There has been no progress on TGE since, well a long time, and with a new born in the house I cant see I will be able to devote much time for it yet.

But if there are other amiga developers out there with a TGE licens I dont mind sharing my work.

Thanks anyway for this status report. I would love to see its development to continue. How does the licence scheme work? Is it free of charge?

It's not free. Go to garagegames.com for more info. I don't know what license is required for porting the engine itself. I'd like to see the port progress too.
