Same answer as on os4depot.net then...
It's fine, I've played that game like crazy and it works through emulation etc.
Wonder if it's just an A1222-issue?
Using software-mode I got to see the "loading" screen untill the error-message.
Whatever the issue it's not a user-error it seems so I'll just leave it be.

Got the CD, thank you for fast delivery and nice package!
I am not able to run the AOS 4.1-version, I get the message "unable to open audio.device".
I have followed the instructions.

@Boabster
I have left my on while going to bed and when I wake up it's still runing so that shouldn't happen.
Yes, overheating does that.

Under QEmu it works great though.

Yes, yes, thank you guys, I can't find the license number. I did find an old thread where ppl had the same issue and I didn't find a solution in that thread so I don't know.
That said, it matters very little right now because the drivers seems to be working just fine. Had time to try two HD-card and one RX-card and they work great.
And yes watching videos in any resolution without barely any CPU usage is sweet.
Anyhow, there was talk about Enhancer Software 2.3.
It's fine as is, I'm having fun exploring, learning, enjoying etc.

I bought the A1222+ so it comes with Enhancer Software 2.22.
So it should be paid for?
Or perhaps it's targeted at other systems like the X1000 and X5000?

Using "Updater" I get that RadeonRX.chip 2.12 is available for update and I got 2.11 installed. Choosing to download gives the message "RadeonRX.chip is not enabled for download on this AmiSphere account".
Why?

It's the same with netsurf for amicygnix. Thought that it could be worth mentioning.
It won't connect to any site.

Adding screenmodes manually worked like a charm.
I was wondering though, while editing I noticed that 200Hz is the highest setting possible and the monitor can use screenmodes that goes higher than that. Would sending such info mess something up?
I don't need those though so I am perfectly happy, no need to switch cables anymore.

So when I boot and get to WB, with my monitor, an Acer XV242 F, I get two resolutions, 640x480 and I think 720x400. What I want first and foremost is 1920x1080 which is the native resolution.
I also tried to connect it to my Samsung TV and there I do get all screenmodes so as a workaround I boot to workbench with it connected to the TV and then I switch cables and the resolutions stays untill I reboot.
Now that is better than nothing but not how it should be and it becomes quite tiresome because I do need to reboot every now and then, especially now, trying out software to see what runs and what doesn't.

@LiveForIt
I've been playing them under MOS on a powermac so should be playable on the X5000. Weird thing though, Breathless for example run supersmooth if launched on an AOS 3.2 installation (whdload) but a lot less so if run from MOS (think it's using an AOS 3.1 installation then).

@AmigaSociety
If it doesn't need to be more advanced than Wolf3D, why not try Breathless and Alien Breed 3D 1 and 2? Download from whdownload.com, unarchive, coubleclick and play.
The Amiga got some classics in this genre too and if you haven't checked them out you really should!

I absolutely love IBrowse and must try to type a message using it and it is somehow more fun than using any other browser, as is browsing the web with the sites that works.
It rarely if ever crashes no matter what sites I visit and are very usable for downloading files like already mentioned. Fast and just a very nice experience overall. It's and always will be THE webbrowser for AOS IMHO.

@daveyw
IIRC the latest official supports booting from a SII 3112. In sys:prefs/uboot you can even choose to boot from a Serial device using UBoot 1.1.1.
