I have Lightwave 3D 5.0 for Amiga, bought to NewTek USA directly, with dongle in the parallel port, and he works very well in my Amiga 1200, but I cannot prove it in my Sam440ep, because the Sam doesn't have parallel port to plug the dongle. Does somebody know if exists a PCI card with parallel ports that it can be plugged in the slot PCI of the Sam? A greeting, Lisardo.
maybe very old card on ebay?

Not to rain on your parade, but have you seen that other thread about AREXX becoming obsolete?
If i were you i would soon grab a Python manual and start doing the things you do with that scripting language.
AREXX will die... (at least from an OS4 developer point of view)
No AREXX lives !

Yeah but it puts Amiga Inc in the position of having to admit it is the previous incarnation of Amiga.
They can run but not hide. Is Amiga a real business?

rummor has it another lawsuit is in the process for all who invested in coupons with Amiga Inc. aka the coupon scam. Its a Class Action Lawsuit. If you bought a coupon and wish to give it to Amiga Inc. with a twist up the ar**. Leave a note here on how find out how. The lawsuit costs you no more money out of your pocket.

all those problems recognising devices and hubs are for the missing pull-up resistors (if I remember right) I have 2 hubs, a USB 2 with many problems and a cheap 1.1 one that work very well, with the second one I have no problems, I can connect and disconnect, power on and off all the devices with no problems.
I thought it might, but things seemed to be working ok(ish) up until an OS Update (I think). I used to have a multiple media reader in an internal 3.5" floppy, which has NEVER worked.
1)I have a floppy usb I'd like to use when I get OS4 2) seen some great stuff on ebay like a usb to sound (its just a cable) 3) usb to serial 4) usb on the go (OTG) lots of devices fall under this 5) usb printer A MUST 6) usb to memory devices

@Jurassicc Quote: Jurassicc wrote: I'm just wondering if we are going to see a change of the current A1 Hardware licence model here......
This could be the first steps to taking it all "back in house"
In the press release it Amiga that says they will be working with the retailers, not ACK working with the retailers.
You hit on something Jurassicc, a new licence model. If this Ack & Amiga Inc. announcement goes forward, it might break the contract between the "Amiga One Partners". So maybe Amiga wants a lawsuit from Hyperion and Eyetech the other two parties in the contract? or The Amiga one partners have made a new contract?

Radeon 9100 and 8500 are the same card. Its doubtful that there will be a 'working' 3D driver from Hyperion.
As for the 9250 I'm sure there are models upto 240/400Mhz... Oh well must be mistaken.
I have a 9250 with 256MB of memory 128-bit memory interface. core 240 memory speed 400 and they are dirt cheap.

Nah, didn't say that.......your kernel work speaks for itself. Was thinking more along the lines of the excitement Rebol can bring to the platform.
