@raziel Walkero guessed correct, the blankers open their own screen, technically they could render to an offscreen surface and blit to the workbench screen.
I have no intention of doing this, but if someone does it on an branch and create a pull request I will consider it :)

@ZeroG GLMatrix was replaced by http://os4depot.net/?function=showfil ... eenblanker/glblankers.lhaLatest source code is here https://github.com/steen-lund/GLBlankersI spent some time this year upgrading to latest xscreensaver, cleaning up the code and restructuring the code so it would be easier for me to port additional blankers. Fix some resource leaks and other stuff. All the usage of the 1.5 API was already removed back then and it only uses the 2.0 API, so this should simply build and run. Disregard my comment about GLUT I thought you were looking at the latest code already.

Seems like who ever is maintaining MiniGL did not keep it backwards compatible. I my opinion that is not a good idea.
Anyway it seems like you have to switch to using the GLUT API in MiniGL

Ignore my previous ill-informed reply, of course the sharing is at the file level, which is difficult to do, when the emulation simply reads the file to memory.
Maybe you can get away with making some assumptions e.g. like you mention there is probably no threading or on Amiga you simply disable threading.

Hi,
Not sure if this is helpful, but you can allocate memory using IExec->AllocVec and set the MEMF_PUBLIC or MEMF_SHARED flag

Sounds good, looking forward to testing it tonight :)
Quick question, does it support SSH and login using private key file?

Hi, Due to BitBucket sunsetting Mercurial support I have moved the source code for the GLBlankers to GitHub. Find it here https://github.com/steen-lund/GLBlankers

@Raziel
I am using Mercurial everyday at work and it is certainly not a stop gap solution :)
For amiga you are probably right, I have not used the port myself, as I mostly do cross compiling.
I think I will take a look at the port.

If you are considering version control you should consider Mercurial and www.bitbucket.orgI think it was BroadBlues who did the amiga client, so no reason to wait for git to get DVCS on Amiga Steen

Getting OS4.1FE in China

Hi,
I am currently located in Shanghai, China. I really want to get OS4.1FE but I am unsure which dealer to buy from.
I could ofcourse just ask all of them if they ship to China, but before I do that I would ask here for recommendations?
Of course if I could get it as a downloadable iso that would be even better.
Cheers
