See User information
Hallo everyone,

For people who is interested, a version 3.5 prerelease of Amiblitz is available on sourceforge.net at the following address : http://sourceforge.net/projects/amiblitz3/files/.

I encourage you to make a backup (or rename) your actual version and install the prerelease.

As soon as I will be home I'm gonna doing it also.

Nic

Well, I wanted to know if it runs in EUAE or OS4? I'm a SDLBasic user and was curious to how it behaves. Back at v3.0, it wasn't all that great. Got more info, sir?

@Snuffy

It's a basic and his frontend run directly on 68k or on AOS4 computer.. Just decompress the archive.

just need to put the debugger on the AOS4 compatibility program.

Programming on blitz basic mode, system mode.

just make 68k executable.

68k executable work well on AOS4 direclty.

NTUI will be usable on this basic.

allways developped

bye.

I did iBatch 1.0 with Amiblitz 3.5. iBatch is not a huge project, but the outcome is stable and fast on my SAM440ep (I refrain from publishing iBatch homepage here again... .
I am a newcomer to Amiblitz Basic, and it was really easy to learn. Got also heaps of "includes" making it very very easy to program. I am actually not that much of a coder anyway expect on windows a bit...

AmiBlitz 3.5 is not really a Basic like language... cannot really describe.

Just donnot forget to set Debugger on Blacklist !!!

Yes, it's a type of BASIC but with the includes it comes with, a lot of it feels a bit like C - especially when you use things like MUI. I'm not that great a programmer at this level (though I program firmware in C and ASM for my job), but find it nice and flexible, and able to do most things C is capable of.

Don't have much time for it at the moment, but click here for a screenshot of my current project. It uses AmiBlitz, MUI and several of the supplied includes.
