I would like to point out that many of us from the Amiga community are now saving a lot of money we can for the new AmigaOne X1000-hardware, and the wait is driving us crazy and a bit frustrated, though..
No doubt that the alliance between Hyperion Entertainment CVBA and A-EON Technology CVBA is real and the process of bringing the most advanced incarnation of AmigaOS 4.1 ever to the X1000-hardware is going very well. We all know that, and that is great.
Still, it would have helped to see edvidences of the new AmigaOne X1000-hardware in action somehow, and how it looks like, how many various models there will be of the X1000 machine, setup, spesifications and prices...
Then we also need to know where we will be able to buy this computer...
So i hope that the companies behind this great project can show us some amazing stuffs really soon now, and bring more real information around this hardware...
We are really dying to know, and to wait!
Thank you for the attention..
Helgis

I am sure all the information will be released when it's ready. I don't think they are artificially holding anything back. There would be no reason for that, other than perhaps competitive reasons.
If you really wanted an Amiga machine, you'd already have one. You are saving a lot of money since many months now.
And still, you haven't bought anything. And when the AmigaOne X1000 is eleased, i'm pretty confident you'll tell us you are waiting for the next big machin to be released and you'll still be saving.
Hyperion/A-Eon will talk when they are ready to talk, it's useless to try to make them talk with this kind of post ("Hey, I have money and I'll ive it to you if you tell me NOW !").
What's more, telling that they actually don't have anything (otherwise, you woul'd not ask for evidences) won't make them talk either. Nice (ot not actually) try.

Thank you so much, my master. You have taught me everything you knew
Nothing is wrong really. I'm not really upset or anything. Although, i might feel a bit worried now and then, because i know this computer is going to be expensive, but worth the prices..
I just wished there was something to see for the moment while waiting.

I meant to say that we all are dying to figure out the new AmigaOne X1000, but most of you already have an Amiga. I don't have at the moment, so yes. That's why it's frustrating for me. I have to be patient..
And nothing is wrong really. I am very happy for what they have managed to do so far, and it's very impressive. I'm just too excited that i want to see and know more.
And X1000 is just the one for me. No doubt. It has the hardware specifications i have long been looking for in an Amiga...

why do you have to air so many aspects of anything that's on your mind...
I will probably end up buying 2 X1000s... Do I look worried about anything?

Don't you have kept the many A1 you fried? If yes then, technically, you still have one (or more) Amiga. If not, too bad you lose your chances by repetitively frying them while said 'don't do it'.
See your wait as some kind of redemption (or punishment, according how you see life)...

You have a point. Yes, i have one fried motherboard. I'm too embarrashed about myself trying to overclock them in the past. Will never do that again...
Better run a computer as it is and rather spend time customizing the OS to use the computer's abilities to the maximum.

I don't see buying the new Amiga as a redemtion or a punishment. I see it as a long waited permanent comeback to the Amiga scene. I have been long gone, and the time is near to fully come home again...

Please, listen. I am not angry or anything like that. I'm simply too excited that i might be a bit paranoid worrying sometimes. It's quite normal, really.
