"Oh Rejoice, All Christians, Loudly"

The words reflect the origin of the holiday, and the music by Andreas Hammerschmidt (1611-1675) is just cool!

I know, I know, lots of people celebrate a holiday this season which has nothing to do with Jesus. More power to 'em! I don't begrudge anyone their fun or family gatherings. This is one of the songs I grew up with and loved.

Also like Frosty the Snowman (kind of wimpy, huh?).

Twelve Days of Christmas is good too.
