Dont forget to include my autolaunch _start() function in your(e) blankers.

And I would like a copy of your resent glmatrix blanker as I want to use it a starting point for a GLBlanker I have my eyes on

BTW: I uploaded new updated versions of all my blanker to os4depot execpt the Zoom and other not puplished blankers.

I was going to send you a PM but I may as well ask here so others can get the reply and get ideas.

I want to modify the Flying Toasters so that other "objects" (ahem) appear from time to time. What is the format of the array[1024] in the Toasters code?

Please don't tell me that you don't know because it's old code reused from somewhere

Its the data for the

staruct Image {}

Found below the data planes

Where the data is 64x64 bits in 4 bitplanes.. on Classic mashines it should also be in CHIP mem..

The data is always allocated with a width of 16 pixels or 2 bytes to be alligned for the blitter.

I remember a version of Flying Toasters on a blanker called MadHouse. That had toast & you had the option of havine Jam turned on or off. Nice touch.

Yes, I can see the occasional Toaster appear with smoke issuing from its slots, only to stop flapping its wings and go into a spiral dive . . .

Lots of great ideas, wish I could draw . . .

Sorry, it's me again . . .

Trying to compile the Toasters module but I don't have the "cybergraphics.h" header. Where can I find it? It's not on Aminet or OS4Depot. Do I need it?

Where are the DMPS_xxx macros defined? Is there a set of lower level blanker sources that I should have? Or are they defined in the "cybergraphics" header?

#define DPMS_STANDBY 1
#define DPMS_SUSPEND 2
#define DPMS_OFF 3

Thanks, I can compile it with those defines. The result is far too big (140kB instead of 30 kB) and doesn't run, but we're getting closer

Here it is the website of the openGL screensavers I talked you about. There is also the source code available. http://www.reallyslick.com/
I'd love to see any of these in our beloved OS4.0. Give it a try.

Wow impressive looking screen savers, lets hope some one port them over, any way nice way to learn GL I guess

I've used some of those savers on my Mac. Some look better in stills than in action

Didn't anyone check out http://www.electricsheep.org/ ? There really are pretty savers. And constantly changing, which is what I like.

There's a couple of sample .mov files on the samples page if you want to see the kind of things they produce (Note: They don't have the fastest server at times so the preview movies may take a while).
