Clib4 2.1

Clib4 2.1 has (finally) been released.

You can find some changes here:

Keep in mind, however, that many files have changed, and most of the changes affect I/O. The new version of clib4 uses the I/O of the latest version of newlib, and speed has improved significantly.

The pthreads library has received a lot of fixes and optimizations
Memory allocator has received a lot of fixes

Programs that used version 1.x must be recompiled with this version.
Programs that used version 2.x (not the development branch) and used libpthreads must also be recompiled.

I will soon release a new version of git (the latest official version of git 2.54), WaffleReader (and hopefully a new **MASKED**.....) that is using this clib4 version

That's freakin' awesome, thank you!

With a mix of best features between newlib and clib2 and new ones I hope there will be a new SDK full integrated with clib4.
I'd like also so see more love for native development tools and native UI programs based on reaction gui.

I am working on a new release of the SDK-Addon (https://github.com/AmigaLabs/SDK-Addon) to provide an easy way for everyone to have clib4 in the SDK as well as newer versions of the gcc compilers. I will have it ready in a couple of days.

Just to be clear, by "latest version of newlib" I mean version 4.5.0 found here: https://sourceware.org/newlib
