Whilst reading the news about Dave Morse here:-

http://amigaworld.net/modules/newbb/v ... hp?topic_id=24706&forum=2

I noticed this at the end of Carl's post.

Quote:

Carl Sassenrath
Amiga Computer, Inc.

Is this another Amiga Company ?
Is Carl Working for Amiga Now or on OS5 ?

Anyone know anything about this division or company or was carl just saying he worked at Amiga once ?

I think he's referencing the fact that he worked for the original Amiga before Commodore came along, with Dave Morse.

I think he's just referring to the "Original Amiga Inc"
and not the current clone

Yes, that's what I thought too, the original and unique "Amiga Computer Inc.", co-founded by Jay Miner and Dave Morse. The current one is not even a clone but a fake replica "made in China"...

I would have thought a far more appropriate action would have been to email Carl privately and politely ask under the circumstances.

I dont think there is anything unappropriate with simply discussing someones signature, it would have been OT do discuss it in the thread in question, but unappropriate certainly not and has nothing to do with the topic of the original thread.
