The magazine Obligement published today an interview with Olaf Barthel, the programmer, among others, of the terminal emulator Term and the TCP/IP stack Roadshow. He participated to the development of AmigaOS since the late 1990s.

I've just released a new version of ListDynDep which lists all the dynamic dependencies (shared objects) for a given binary. This is an extremely useful tool for diagnosing issues with Amiga shared objects.

Carl Sassenrath, Amiga guru and REBOL designer, will be in attendance at AmiWest 2010. In the works is a version of REBOL 3 running on the Sam440 that Carl has in his possession. Carl is always a welcome visitor to AmiWest and we find it very fitting that he will be there to help us celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Amiga Era.

Hugues "HunoPPC" Nouvel has just released Project Secret Maryo Chronicles, a remake of the already known Secret Maryo Chronicles.

This version only exists for AmigaOS 4.x since Huno has made many improvements to the original games, creating new sounds, musics and graphics.

Software News : CygnusEd 5 Update 2 released

Following a longer break in development work, the second update to CygnusEd Professional 5 has just become available.
The changes made concern user interface enhancements, the ARexx interface, and a number of bug fixes mainly related to macro handling and file operations.

The update is available for free to all CygnusEd Professional 5 users, and requires the original CD-ROM to be applied.
