Amiga Events : AmiWest Rescheduled: October 18th to 21st

According to the official amiwest blog, an additional day has been added to the amiwest schedule for 2012 to focus on amiga software products and development:

Thursday, October 18, has been added to the AmiWest 2012 schedule. Thursday and Friday will be occupied by a new feature relating to Amiga software. Our AmiWest planners (volunteers all) are chatting on IRC to determine content and structure for the new days.

This multimedia player is programmed with Hollywood and it is with part of source code from Andreas Falkenhahn examples to VideoPlayer and AnimPlayer, I make this little tool to demostrates the multimedia optios of this programming
language it isn't a sustitute of other best videoplayers but altmost.

Daniel "Trixie" Jedlicka has released a new version of the popular electronic dictionary WordNet. Developed at the Cognitive Science Laboratory, Princeton University, it contains more than 155 thousand words and phrases that are semantically tagged and interlinked to form an intricate, hierarchical network of word meanings. This network can be walked through using a comfortable, OS4-native browser.

Software News : BIG camd update for OS4

CAMD.library has been ported to a fully native OS4 library. Along with it's release comes a revised set of tools, an updated USB MIDI driver, a MIDI file player, and a beta release of SoftSyn, a software MIDI synthesizer, allowing Amigans to play MIDI without an external synthesizer.
