How to extract 7z?

Is there a way to extract .7z files on the amiga? Said it could use winrar,but tried it with unrar but getting a error message saying it's no rar file.

Many thanks to all!!
When I downloaded some Game Boy Advance Roms some months ago I see 7z files and I thinked "What is this?".
Now thanks to Joerg Strohmayer we can unpack this files.
At first time I think it was some kind of rom ending but
now I know it's a kind of compression ending.
Will try the program later!
