Perhaps a bit strange that he included his phonenumber/fax if the mail were supposed to be "public"?

Anyways, I like the part that goes "[the hardware] will be ready this summer"

Yes, and I think that Amiga.org should have removed this information before posting.

In fact, it could very well be argue that they should not have posted it at all as this is clearly not a press release.

It is interesting though - a lot!

well, i wouldn't call a mail which starts with "Hello Amiga Dealers" and has a clear confidential signature attached to it as public!

shame on the person who published it - really! i hope amiga inc. will take the necessary actions.

It is not at all strange that Bill McEwan included a phone and fax number in the email as it will probably be part of his signature file for all emails, plus dealers might want to phone or fax him.

Can we please leave the conspiracy theories to other websites.

There's no conspiracy theory here. Just arguing that this note was meant for dealers exclusively. It seems strange to me that a person who is so disliked (at least in some quarters of the community) would so readily offer his contact information to every loonie out there.
