That pretty cool, but sadly for me it again give grey screen on start and memory error by memguard. One time i catch the GR on start, which point on mglut.library. Can you please upload somethere your minigl.library and mglut.library ? (just want to be sure that problem is not in the my libs)
@freddix Yep, that what i have too :( But will try right now to build latest one from svn. Are you sure that on Hanz page you can download SVN version ? On his page you can download only 2.1 (old) version, while SVN one need to compile byself.
@freddix Build the last version of minigl/mglut libs, hard-reset reboot , test - the same. Then put debug version of latest libs, hard-reset reboot, test, the same, but spawn a GR, with such stacktrace: Quote:
And that "0x1adc" address point to src/glut.c:1037, which are: ctx->glutDisplayFunc();
Then if i press Ignore DSI all is start, i can see the demo, and it quits fine. After i pressing Ignore DSI , and demo works, in MemGuard window i have many errors of such kind:
Quote:

AmiDARK : The demo works well here. There is a grey screen for 1 or 2 seconds and then the demo appears. You've done a great work ... and with my idea of using DoIO, you've wasted hours (even if I think it is the good method). It was nice to see you working on that since the idea to the final release. The only problem I have here is that the background seems to be in 8 bits.
@corto : The grey screen is the duration for loading all feathers ( my Instance object function crashed, once I'll get it fixed, the grey screen should theorically appear .. less than 1/2 sec ;)
Loool :p Your idea is great and I'm sure it's something to do with my timer.device setup ..
I'll wait to receive your e-mail with your source to compare and see if I've made something wrong that can cause DoIO & WaitMicroSeconds to freeze the app (and not the Amiga OS 4.1). It's was an interesting and instructive search with timer.Device use :p
Thank you :) it was a pleasure for me to be at the ?Alchimie and discuss, spend time with you, huno, elwood, K-L, and all other people that were here :)
Concerning the image quality, it's probably because the 3D scene is dark ... I have always seen that OpenGL have "noise" in render when color are darks ... If it's not this, send me a shot and I'll see if it's normal or not ;)
Bye AmiDARK
All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.
