New stuff from HunoPPC

HunoPPC is currently working hard and making some of his projects available to us free of charge.

Current Screamer Pack:

A collection of really great 3D car racing games that can be launched using Dosbox. The special thing here is that users don't have to deal with annoying configurations... everything works out of the box. Just click on the icon and off you go...

If you take a closer look... you'll see that Huno is using a new version of Dosbox-Staging that includes some patches from Dosbox-X, which increases compatibility with Windows 98. Not every boot works, but once you've managed it, it's also possible to use Windows 98 under Dosbox (who wants that ), but I mean, we could if we wanted to.

Personally I have not tested it as I downloaded it directly from Huno,s V.I.P. FTP server and for me it works very well.

This pack can be downloaded immediately from my private FTP server for those who support me via KO-FI. For others, it will be available later today via a permission request on my Google Drive (it will be compressed with RAR and split into 2 GB parts).

That looks fantastic, and yes, I'm looking forward to the new version of Dosbox.

There is a post in the Hyperion Entertainment forum that also deals with Dosbox staging, but in this case for Linux PPC with version 0.82.2, which is really very up to date.

I'm not sure if it's helpful, but since this port has already been done for Linux PPC, it might also be useful for AmigaOS 4.1.

Otherwise, happy new year and thanks for the great work.

Not related to Dosbox, but you might know that Haiku almost boots into Bochs OS4. At this point, Bochs crashs.

I wish we could boot from an ISO but the emulator needs to support El Torito format if I understand correctly.
