@Puni
No need to apologize health always comes first!!!

I just thought it was unusual that you’ve been absent lately, which is why I asked.
Thank you so much for your posts. I’ve always enjoyed reading them (with a translator); they were always written in a way that was super easy to understand :)
I wish you all the very best during this difficult time and hope everything turns out okay.
As we say here in Germany: keep your chin up

Best regards,
McFly

Sure, but even after a restart, the computer freezes immediately when I launch Odyssey :(

Thanks for the new version.
Unfortunately, my computer froze immediately after I launched Odyssey 3.1.0. The latest clib4.library is installed.

A cool game to play in between other activities.
Runs great on my X5K with RX580.
Thank you for that

Re: FINALWRITER 7.3 - Word processor for AmigaOS 3.1+ 68k users - Released in 2026 !

@terminills

FinalWriter didn't start for me the first time either; it only started after I installed the correct freetype2.library.
(https://aminet.net/util/libs/freetype2_lib.lha)

I was able to open a text file without any problems, and I wanted to print it as a test.
My printer is an Epson WF-2860 and is also set to "ipp". It also works perfectly with AirPrint under AmigaOS 4.1.
As soon as I enter the printer's IP address and start the search, a GrimReaper appears.
You can ignore it, but then nothing happens. The computer doesn't freeze, and I could continue working, but FinalWriter is completely blocked.
I also noticed that I can only select a single font. Therefore, I wanted to load additional fonts, but FinalWriter also blocks when selecting them.
I will continue testing and report back here.

sorry for google translate.....

Re: infinite icons theme pack

@DigitalDesigns
First of all, thanks a lot for this great icon update.
However, I do have one small "criticism."
While browsing through the icons, I accidentally clicked "use."
Unfortunately, there was no confirmation prompt asking if I really wanted to do this; the icons were installed immediately, and there wasn't even an option to cancel the process.
After restarting my system, I ended up with a hodgepodge of my own icons and the Infinite Icons—something I hadn't actually wanted :(
Luckily, I had a fresh backup I could restore :)
I had specifically wanted to pick out individual icons, but as I mentioned, I clicked the wrong thing...
To be honest, that was a bit annoying.
That said, this is by no means intended to criticize your great work on this icon set.
Just a suggestion: it would be good to have a confirmation prompt appear whenever a system change is about to be made.

Best regards,
McFly

Is everything okay with you?
I’m missing the Monthly Roundup for May, as I always really enjoy reading it.
I hope nothing bad has happened.

@kas1e
first of all, great that you're updating Scout.

I tested it and found that my computer completely freezes when I click the System button in Scout. No Reaper, but a complete freeze.

I think it would be excellent to include a note indicating that the software was developed with the assistance of AI.

@328gts
I can confirm this, here on the X5000, same thing, Airprint opens, RAM increases to 75% and CPU to 100%.
However, the system does not crash, but is as good as unusable because 100% CPU load
