I have to do a manual smiley even using IceWeasel.

If you leave it as Textarea form you don't get smileys for some reason, but if you change it to DHTML Form you will

( use the select area in the topic form)

(I hope this is the proper place to post this)

Is there a way to change my settings on this page so the dates show in the 'American' format (month/day/year) instead of the current format (year/month/day)?
