The English and German issue 176 (September/October 2025) of our print magazine Amiga Future has been distributed today, and can also be ordered directly from our editorial office at Amiga Future, and from other Amiga dealers that stock it.

No sooner said than done, we fired up our layout programme and programming environment for you and ended up with a small but fine piece of hardware called Langley. In response to many customer requests, we managed to build a kick-start switch that switches directly via the keyboard and does so at runtime.

RNOSoundboard is an application that can play audio files with keyboard shortcuts and mouse clicks. Tune up your party with a pre-defined set of music and samples! It features a graphical fullscreen display and teachable hotkeys among other things.

An update to the Rave audio editor has been released for AmigaOS4 and can be downloaded from OS4depot.net. The author's blog Rear Window has a new post that sheds some more light on the development of this update.

Even though it's still a few weeks until the new Amiga Joker is released, we've already integrated the first merchandise products into our online shop.

== THE AMIQUTE TOTALLY UNSENSIBLE CHALLENGE 2025 (TAQTUC) ==

So here is the proposal : We will host a challenge consisting in a run to port and create the most Qt6 software for AmigaOS4. It will take place over the next few months, and there will be points given and prizes taken. The points will be given by a panel of judges, and the prizes will be financed by the donations made through the AmiQute Ko-fi page. The more software we make, the more popular we are, the more donations will come, the more prizes will be available, the more motivation for creating more software etc. etc
