Updates to the following software titles have been released:

Annotate V3.1.1
Backup 1.93
MPlayerGUI 1.62
AllKeys 2.41

Click "Read more" for further info.

Annotate v3.1.1 - (OS3,OS4,MOS,AROS) A programmer's text editor with a lot of functions such as syntax highlighting.

- Fixed the crash bug in the AmigaOS 3 68k version. The bug depended on the font size, which is why I never noticed it when developing this code. Retesting with a different font-size immediately gave me the crash as well. Now fixed.

- Version string was wrong in the auto-update system, so it never detected new versions automatically. Now you should also see auto-updates, but maybe some strange $VKR: text

- Simpler error message when the syntax definition cannot find the autodocs it tries to load. It came to my attention that reading autodocs automatically, assuming they always exists, might be the wrong approach. I simplified the error message, giving a direct link to the config page where autodocs can be switched off, if you're not a developer.

v3.1 major released last week, but not announced here:

- Major stability improvements.

- Big enhancements and optimizations of the syntax definitions, like CCS-like styles, and reading Autodocs.

- "Show all occurrences" when selecting a piece of text.

- Search all opened files, by continuing Find Next.

- Anti-alias text font rendering on OS3 on hi/true-color screens.

- Various fixes.

- Organized sources and compiled a build environment that can build Annotate on OS3.

BackUp v1.93 - (68k) Backup program that mirrors a directory structure incrementally.

- NTFS filesystem awareness, which requires UTF8.

- NFS network drive fixes to prevent re-copying everything everytime.

- FAT filesystem awareness fixes.

- Copy speed indicator.

- Some other fixes and improvements.

MPlayer-GUI v1.62 - (OS4) GUI for MPlayer for OS4.

- This was actually released last year but never announced here.

- Added peg2ide.device, p1022sata.device and p50x0sata.device as options.

- Added new extensions for the file requester since newer MPlayer recognizes more formats.

- Some internal size limit fixes to allow longer paths and correct number of video drivers.

AllKeys v2.41 - (OS4) Hotkey program supporting most multimedia-keys, mouse buttons and wheels.

- This was actually released last year but never announced here.

- Add a work-around for the OS4 bug that leave numpad qualifier on any key and mouse button after the numpad has been used.
