Missing buttons when replying to posts

Wow, only the 2nd thread in this section.

It has come to my attention I am missing buttons; Buttons which allow me to paste URLs properly. I have done it manually in this case.

How do I enable these?

hmmm its missing here too. But when i reply to a news like "boh" i see the images.

Go to the Select Menu and change it to DHTML Form the buttons should then appear
