KQ is a game that I played a while ago when it was DOS only. It has since been open-sourced, ported to Windows and Linux, and uses Allegro.

Don't have time to browse all the games, but this did catch
my attention, mabye Zelda or Zelda Classic, but i'm not
sure if the sources are available.

edit: Zelda Classic is closed source

Just updated the Allegro bounty site with the last few donations. Remember even though release is near it is still possible to donate a few $$.

We have reached 318 EUR so far and release is pretty close AFAIK
