Maybe I wasn't clear about the two problems I've been
encountering...
First, the "lazy" image loading. This problem manifests
itself from the second or third article in the blog on
down, where you see a article title (in large blue text)
and then a white space and a few paragraphs of text...
That white space should be a picture in most articles.
In both OWB and MUI-OWB I encounter this problem. The
"lazy" image loading isn't working.
Ah, ok, i wasn't scrolling down enough...
I am afraid this image loading on scrolling down is NOT a problem of this site but rather something OWB/OWB-MUI can't handle.
Just go to google type in "Amiga" and switch to IMAGES...
scroll down and you'll see what i mean, on page 3 or 4 OWB will stop loading in the thumbnails, instead it will show lots of grey matter
Setting the "lazy images" to off all the pics gets loaded down to the bottom
The "Popular News Stories" on the right hand side down a little bit still doesn't get loaded, though

Second, in the black horizontal bar near the top of the
page there is a "button" with a gear icon in it. One should
be able to click that to set the preferences for the
website. In those preferences you can turn off the "lazy"
image loading. This is the website feature that used to
work that no longer does.
Now when I click the gear in either OWB or MUI-OWB it does
nothing or just shows a pop-up "hint" telling you what the
button is. In the past, when you clicked that button, the
page would go dark and white box would appears with
settings to configure.
Boing...no idea about that one.
It works right from the beginning here, no problems, i can change settings as well
But if both OWB and OWB-MUI refuse to open that one you might have a setting in both that blocks that litttle window
Have you tried installing a completely fresh instance of one browser (like OWB-MUI) and only load up the site to see if the pop-up works?

As you suggested, I tried running MUI-OWB with the
"cookiecollection.db" file moved away. It made no
difference with the problems of this website.
With OWB, I have an old script that copies OWB to RAM and
runs it from there... So cookies never get saved back to
the disk.
Err, did your script also changes the cookie tooltype of OWB?

Anything else you guys can think of or suggest?
Thanks!

The only thing that springs to mind (and after that i'm really am out of ideas) is that you could either clear your cahe or override it by clicking
CTRL+F5 while on the page.
That will load in the site completely new...see if that helps
