To be honest, I see it exactly the other way around: Several bugs have been reported, but the response of the developer(s) was - at least up to now - a bit reserved.

Which is completely okay, since the developers are working on it in their spare time. I just find the opening thesis a bit odd...

Anyway, thanks a lot for this great project and good luck for the further steps!

Just tested it with my Canon G6000 series (printer/scanner).

AirPrint does find it without any problems and I could print pdf and jpg file.

The only issue: AirPrint keeps on "Printing document..." and I cannot cancel it.

Just installed the latest build version #6772 from November 15: works fine!
Including encrypted websites. No crashes so far!

Is there any chance to hide those updates I am not interested in...?
For example, I do not need the updated Dutch catalog and I do not want to install it. So, what can I do that it is not shown after every start-up?

And secondly: why does self-checking for updates of AmiUpdate takes such a long time...?

It seems that it have been installed successfully although AmiUpdate crashed at the end, saying: could not open update.library 53.21+

Latest beta version #6756 works perfectly! I am just wring these lines using it. Are you also using your X5000? Have you only copied the beta version or also installed it?

I have PtPlay library V2.6) installed, from 29.04.2008. AmiUpdate finds also version 2.6, but from 2009-12-14.
In the package description I get a:

"PtPlay library (2.6) - %s - etc"

What about this "- %s -" ?

Sorry, but this has not been a very fine and friendly way. You should have at least informed the users, who are affected by it, before! And: Why so mysterious: "After getting feedback from our users"? Why not discussing it in a thread before? Why did those users not gave their opinions in the comments of the corresponding news?
You cannot delete something without having warned the users before! Sorry guys, but you messed that up!
