Software News : SimpleSub v1.0 released on OS4Depot - edit/encode subtitles

SimpleSub is a program for creating and editing .srt format subtitle files. It also supports encoding the subtitles onto the video using mencoder. It has a 'Preview' mode that allows full control of MPlayer with it's on screen display showing the current time for determining display time for subtitles.

Software News : ClipDown 3.1 released on OS4Depot - snapshot screen, bug fix, icons

Version 3.1 is a small update which add the ability to snapshot the screen from the tools menu. It also fixes a bug where the STARTMODE, 'getvideo' related tooltype didn't work. In addition the new "Mason" icons are used thanks Martin!

The source code of our program Eye Viewer SE for 68k and now the AmigaOS 4.1 compatible version plus the source code of the pluggin, this code was programmed using AmiBlitz, and it now and for first time we put to public domain because the Eye Viewer was stopped in its develop and the code is free for the people want use part or all code for a next version or theirs own Amiga programs.

Also we have available one new update of PNGIcon pack.

Software News : UFRaw 0.17 for AmiCygnix released / status "The Gimp"

With UFRaw you can edit and convert RAW images. The program is based on Dave
Coffin's "DCRaw" and supports various formats.

UFRaw can be used standalone and as a plug-in for the image editor "The Gimp".
The installer script detects an already installed Gimp package and the plug-in
can be installed automatically.

Software News : AmiUpdate SDK Database updated!

Today the AmiUpdate SDK database was updated. Lots of 3rd party libraries was added. If you currently don't use the SDK database, add:
www.amiupdate.net/SdkServer to you sources, and you should receive a nice list of missing libs etc.
