The Timberwolf team is proud to announce the immediate availability of the first beta version of Timberwolf 4.0.1. Timberwolf is an AmigaOS web browser based on Firefox/Mozilla technology. This technology is more than just a browser, it is an enabling technology, bringing powerful tools such as html5, WebM, JavaScript, XUL, and more to AmigaOS 4.x. These are the building blocks for other applications as well, such as the email client "Thunderbird" or the media center "Songbird".

The full version of the audio harddisk recording software Audio Evolution 4 for OS4 has been uploaded to OS4depot! The source code and AROS/MorphOS versions will follow later.

New game redesign and reprogram, that uses the old technology of 3-D the anaglyph system, where you use one red&cyan glasses and your brain does the rest.

Hardware Accelerated 3D using 2D Compositing

AmigaOS graphics guru, Hans de Ruiter, has issued another update to his RadeonHD graphics driver for the AmigaOS. Version 0.32, which makes its official debut on the AmigaOS 4.1 Update 5 CD especially created for AmigaONE X1000 "First Contact" system, delivers full 2D support for all Radeon graphics cards from the Radeon X1300 through to
the RadeonHD 4890.

On February 4th 2011, the magazine Obligement have announced the results of the Amiga Games Award 2011. This represents the best Amiga games voted by amigans on all Amiga platforms.

This project aims to collect sufficient funds to purchase the source code of GPSoftware's Directory Opus Magellan II (version 5.82, AmigaOS) for free use under the AROS Public License, a derivative of the Mozilla Public License 1.1.

The new iBatch* Version 1.4 is now exclusively available from www.boingsworld.de*. Also exclusive for this "boingsworld release" is an Icon Set created by Thomas "tommysammy" Blatt. Besides that, an exclusive interview with Gero "gerograph" Birkenfeld (iBatch author) had been released as Podcast by the Boingsworld Team (Episode 24). Sadly, the interview was held in german language. iBatch 1.4 can only be downloaded through www.boingsworld.de for two weeks. Later on it will be released on Aminet, iBatch Website and OS4Depot as well. Pdf Docs, infos and screenshots are already available on iBatch Website, of course.
