AmiWest 2023 is coming fast! Going strong since 1998, this year will be the 26th year of the longest-running Amiga-focused show in the world. Set in Sacramento, CA, the Sacramento Amiga Computer Club and a dedicated group of volunteers host the event.

In the regular editions of the Amiga Future there is always a calendar of events on the first page.
This calendar lists all dates that could be important for Amiga users.

Hello Amiga Community,

This weekend will see the return of the Vintage Computer Festival to the Computer History Museum in Mountian View, California. This is the site of the world-renowned Amiga 30th event in 2015 (shameless plug for an event I was the lead organizer for.)

MediaVault Script has been updated to version 1.4.

A script for use with MediaVault v1.4.1, or greater, which allows the user to choose the stream player or to download a stream via a requester.

On the Amiga38, as on the Amiga37, there will again be a special issue of the Amiga Future, which every visitor to the event will receive free of charge at the entrance.

In addition to a floor plan, information about the exhibitors, vouchers, etc., we want to publish a special area in this issue where programmers can present their programs/games.

Issue 10 is out & it's been uploaded to Aminet and www.whatiff.info site, thank you to all the contributors for this issue, we have a lot of content, with interviews and reviews. Also for the first time, we have an exclusive demo of the game Hamulet, I hope you will enjoy this issue and the cover disk game. More details are below:

On July 1st and 2nd, 2023 the LEVEL UP will take place in Salzburg, Austria.

The Amiga Future will be there with some computers in the retro area.

It would be nice if we could meet as many Amiga users there as possible.

A discussion here on amigans.net got me interested in how many emulation users we have vs those using real hardware.
