Amiga Events : Meet AmigaOS 4.1

Amiga North Thames user group are pleased to announce another chance to come and meet the latest version of AmigaOS4.1 at the next meeting on October 12th 2008.

Unlike the last public showing, this one will be on the SAM440EP board announced for imminent sale by ACube Systems SRL in association with Hyperion Entertainment.

Come down and see the Samantha board for yourself, and try out the operating system.

I have an Amiga One and 4.1 should arrive by the end of this week, but don't drive. Would love to bring my system so you guys could help with tweaks, and showing me how to get the best out of it. If anyone was driving up, would happily pay for petrol costs with you etc.

The venue is a short bus ride from there with a choice of two buses both covering the route. Simon

Just popping in Joined: 09/30/2008 From: Comments: 2	Re: Meet AmigaOS 4.1 Yeah I can do that, just can't bring my Amiga, its in a pretty big case, and with monitor etc. be hard to carry all that on the underground and bus etc. If anyone was driving up could bring my system.
