FastView 1.6

* Added CLI support to pass files or drawers as parameters (useful for DOpus
users)

* Now the rotation of a picture creates a new picture file appended by ".ROTATE".
To revert back to the previous behaviour (the picture file was directly wrote) use Tooltype ROTATE_INPLACE = ON (default = OFF)

* Added some LibDevIL filters in Effects menu

- Flip picture in X axis (.FLIP appended to the picture)
- Flip picture in Y axis (.FLIP appended to the picture)

- Alienify picture (.ALIEN appended to the picture).
Try it to understand the meaning :)
- Emboss picture (.EMBOSS appended to the picture)

* Added a Duplicate option in menu to save picture(s).
".SAVE" is appended to the filename.

NetDock 50.8

* Added tooltypes to specify Font name (FONTNAME) and Font size (FONTSIZE)
If Font can't be loaded the default (fixed.font 12) is applied
