E-UAE 1.1.2 - how to load the configuration file automatically?

I'am testing E-UAE 1.1.2 on my X5000. The older 1.0.0, when started from an icon, loads and uses automaticallly a '.uaerc' file located in the same dir as the program. Why doesn't the 1.1.2 do the same? Instead, it opens a requester asking to choose a configuration file!

How can I force the 1.1.2 to load the configuration file automatically, when run from an icon? Is there a tooltype for that purpose?

Option 1:

Tool icons have two option workbench or shell.
Shell option will, make it behave like it used to.

Option 2:

create project icon for .uaerc
and set appdir:uae as project tool.

see configs folder...

option 3:

run it from a script.

Thanks for the tip... and yes, I think it's great that we can now create different configurations with EUAE and use them as needed.

It was always possible you just had to type:

uae -f configname.

Thanks! The 'option 2' is working best.

My next concern is how to set the "cpu_speed=" parameter. When I set it to 'max', the emulator (CPU) runs at about 4.5x faster than A4000. But when I tried different integers between 1 and 20, I could not find a value that would give a speed of about 2x A4000 and use the half of X5000's cpu time. The emulator was running always much slower that the 'max' speed.
