I've upgraded OWB 2 to version 2.9, only to find it doesnt work on OS4.0, and nor will it!

does anyone have the archive or a linky for OWB 2.8 ?
until then, I'm reliant on IBrowse's rather dodgy handling of CSS pages...

v2.9 of OWB requires cairo support which is only present in OS4.1 currently.
