It could also be the power switch itself.
I would proceed like this:
1. check the CR2032 Battery on the board, put a new one if needed, test
2. check the power switch, check if it's broken and make sure the cable makes contact on the MoBo pins, test
3. connect a PSU which is known to work, test
4. Ask here again, someone more knowledgable might be of help
5. Contact AmigaKit or someone in a trusted electronics repair shop. (If something like a repair shop still exists. Because of subspace time-jumps I sometimes forget which year we are living in.
