When moving windows from left to right they are quite jerky. But when moving from right to left they are almost smoth. Is this a bug or supposed to be that way?

That's a funny effect. On my machine (SAM flex / Radeon 9250) moving right or left is the same.

Hmm - I wished the window manager "openbox" could move windows without the content. I think I will add an alternative window manager to my next AmiCygnix update, who is able to do that.

I really have no idea. The X server renders the gfx data directly into the bitmap. Maybe a timing problem while moving the mouse.
