Hi Guys/Gals, Just another one of those silly questions. With update4 I was able to move windows around Workbench and other screens and there was a definate stop at the screens edge before you dragged it off screen. This seems to have disappeared with the final update, or am I missing something? Ciao, Trev Daley.

@tldaley
It?s so
faaast you can
feeel the difference
Seriously, i never had this occurance on upd4, dragged as
fast on every position of the screen and beyond, no halts,
no pauses...maybe it was something in your GUI prefs?

@tldaley Just edit the screen edges resistance in GUI Prefs under "Controls". I have it set to 1 here. 0 means no resistance.

@Raziel Cheers, Thanks for the reply, yeah things are very fast. I just dont like being able to drag windows off screen. But, I dont wont to have to turn off screen dragging. Looks like I will follow the advice about GUI PREFS. Ciao, Trev Daley.

@tldaley
Check out prefs/gui, there are a couple checkboxes for adjusting this behavior.
(Hehe, I was too slow on answering this...

@tldaley My OS 4 Final seems to work the same as update 4. A slight delay at the edge before dragging off the screen. I think it's a nice touch.
