Ok, I'd like to give a hand to the OWB localisation-team, since as it seems it does not have any clue which language the WB is talking. Oh well, I guess only the catalog files are missing, so does some one know where to get a .ct file?

Actually OWB doesn't support locale library so you can't translate it, but a feature request was already opened
