How to start OWB with a homepage

I mean how do I make programs use OpenURL to start OWB with a page?

I have set OWB in OpenURL and it starts fine when I click a link in AmIRC or somewhere but it won't load the page.

Neither will it load the page if OWB is already open and I click a link. Nothing happens.

Try to rename your OpenURL prefs file in ENVARC: the default configuration does provide configuration for OWB, see if it works with it if yes then you might have wrongly configured something...
Please also note OWB does not provide every features OpenURL can control (for example iconify/uniconify might not work correctly)

I had the same problem, the trick is the openurl config for different browsers. Here's an image of my config for OWB as main & IB as second.

openurl

Just be aware that if IB is running, it will become the default browser instead of OWB, just the way openurl works. OWB starts from links in YAM, Wookie Chat, & XNet for me.
