RunInUAE / RunInDosBox windowed mode

I am trying to configure RunInUAE and RunInDosBox in Windowed mode.

With my previous 4:3 monitor the full screen mode was ok, but now I am using a 16:9 monitor at 1920x1080, and both RunIn* use 640x480 streached and the result is quite horrible!

Can anyone share some sample config files? Thank you

About .uaerc for RunInUAE I set

gfx_width_windowed=800
gfx_height_windowed=600
gfx_width_fullscreen=640
gfx_height_fullscreen=480
gfx_width=640
gfx_height=480
gfx_fullscreen_amiga=false

but it starts anyway in fullscreen mode.

There is any other setting I need to use?

It might depend on the version of EUAE that RunInUAE starts.. Perhaps use snoopy.

I am using the EUAE provided by OS4 installation disk, maybe it could be old...

When a screen resolution is not found it might fall back on window mode, if screen mode is not found, or if it can’t stretch to fit bitmap to screen resolution. Its video output implementation depends on whether its SDL or AmigaGFX version of output method, to respect and implement the settings options.

And what config file are you editing exactly?

I remember that it was a bit confusing to find out what file to edit for runinuae.

I cant say what file to edit as i dont have any system here to check it,

But i do remember how i found it, (instead of reading the documentation) i just added some more memory to my emulated envirment in different config files and launched wb until i had the desired amount of memory.
Then i knew i had edited the correct file.
