I put a Radeon X700 in a AmigaOne G4-XE and it won't post up?

Is there only certain video cards that will work with the board?
Is there anywhere that list the cards I can use?

im surprised the gfx card didnt damage the mobo, as im sure that AGP card is the wrong voltage, and even if it was the correct voltage there are only drivers if you installed linux.

Where did you find a note saying a X700 would run in the XE anyway?

The best one for the A1 is the 9xxx series. Don't think anything better will ever be supported for this machine.

ufortunately not 9xxx, but only 92xx or 90xx not 91xx or 95xx or 96xx or 98xx(the best AGP gfx card theorically compatible with AmigaOn/Peg2 systems)...

You can, however put a PCI X/HD card on A1(not Peg2) where the Hans drivers where avaialble...

So..
If yoyu can found one get a Radeon9000pro for best performances or a plain 9250 as standard...
