It's clashing with an already declared typedef.

With my little knowledge i knew what i would do on a port from another OS.
undef'ing the clashing typedef and use the SDK one

...but i don't know if it's the same with amigaos sources

I tryed the build and I got problem on audio output...It was low/bad...never get such problem with older VICE versions...
