Thank you Hyperion for the unexpected updated! Happy new year! I installed it over 4.1 FE u1 and seems to be fine. This is on a Pegasos 2 g4 1ghz w/1gb ram Radeon 9000pro. Actually seems better/faster! mame is working fine, Run in UAE is OK, I was able to make some floppies with adfs and catweasel as well. Actually helped with internet becuase my certs were expired and ssl problems I couldnt really surf. This update cured that!

The whole reason, for me, to even use Octamed is to use it on a real Amiga for the dirty low down bass ;)

Although I think its cool to have an NG version. I even have a CAMD compatible usb midi dongle ready!

I think you are missing the fact that many people use the old school protracker or octamed 4 because they know they layout in and out. Its like an old friend.

Good points. Ppaint was a mistake because the 68k version was Free and ran fine on Amiga NG.

There is absolutely no reason for you to worry about max transfer or anything like that. Its not an a600. Amiga NG has proper support for auto reading hds.
