is there a way to get more control over colors used in workbench? i want to make all areas where it's white little more darker (notepad. etc),.. but doing that i also messes with font color.

font preference had 2 font option where i could fix back the color i messed up using pallete, but the other 3 font settings have no font color option

how it is now:

is there some other way doing it?

Without understanding exactly what you are after (I don't follow obscure links): Maybe GUI prefs has something you can use?

Best regards,

Niels

@nbache

thanks for responding..

the link is just screenshot of my current desktop, but i understand..will do it different next time.

yea already checked out Gui prefs, actually used alot.
but i gave it another shot, and tested just background color, and it worked.
i thought wrong it seems..

seems its only 27 static colors to choose from. but, i okay with it..

thanks again Mr. nbache :)
