@SpotUP

i think someone may have accidently borked the file name on the amiupdate server.

Indeed the sdkserver entry is case sensitive. Got to be "SdkServer"

I didn't change anything since installing amiupdate , so the sdkserver changed names.

Anyway, after sensitiving the sdk server i got a bunch of updates

Yay

Just to let everyone know.

The "libLUA" install clashes with the SDK built-ins.
After installing i get lots of "undefined references" to lua....

Deleted the "update" again and everything is compiling fine

Ignoring that update now ... thank the devs for AmiSystemRestore and AmiUpdate

How can libLUA conflict with anything that comes with the SDK? LUA isn't part of the SDK.

I checked out the archive and AutoInstall script. It has its own header includes directory and doesn't overwrite anything.

Edit: I've updated a few more archives.

@MickJT

I don't know why it chokes, but i have a source checkout which works perfectly without the lua addition and throws the mentioned "undefined references" errors as soon as it is installed.

Too little of a coder myself to figure out what is going on.

Also, libFLAC is presented over and over again, seems there is a broken date check or something

I have 1.2.1 installed (through AmiUpdate and by hand) still it keeps presenting me the update with "Used filesystem date for check" and in the info window
Remote file
"libFLAC.lha 0.0 (13.03.2013)"
Local file
"C.a Missing or incorrect version string (03.03.2013)"

btw: Thank you very much MickJT

I fixed the Compile Date on the libFLAC entry. I've got some more questions about this thing that doesn't like libLUA, but I'm going out. I'll send you a private message later on.

Thanks a lot, fixed now
no problem, you can also eMail me, probably easier

btw, there is a very easy and fast test case
Just downlkoad the scummvm-tools sources (uploaded to the depot today)

Try to build with a clean SDK --> no problems
Try to build with liblua in place --> undefined references

Sorry for the noise

Seems to be a problem on my side (assign), everythings good now.
Please get the falsely accused liblua back in the list.

I'd also like to see the CAMD devkit made available through AmiUpdate, but that might be up to Lylehaze?

It is an OS component now so any updates will be via the official SDK from now on.

update.library 53.11 is part of the last AmiUpdate update. If you do not have it, I've no idea why.
