Amiga Events : Interview with Carl Sassenrath
|
| Posted by daff on 2007/5/5 17:54:46 (2195 reads) |
To celebrate the 1000th article of the magazine Obligement, Carl Sassenrath returns through this long interview on its origins at Amiga Inc. in the 1980's (Manager of AmigaOS and Amiga CDTV system development, among others), the bankruptcy of Commodore, its passages at Apple Computer and Viscorp, Amiga NG, or on its new revolutionary language REBOL. A great name of Silicon Valley !
A very good read : http://obligement.free.fr/articles_traduction/itwsassenrath_en.php

Signs of life..
Wow, it seems like forever since I have posted anything on the website about AVD, or much else for that matter. In fact it has been three and half months, which in the scope of the Amiga's life time (both alive and dead), is very little time at all. Although it always feels like an eternity when those of us in the Amiga community are all busy playing the seemingly never-ending game of "Wait and see."
