Gorky 17

Hyperion Entertainment is very pleased to announce the imminent release of the long awaited adventure/strategy/RPG crossover game Gorky 17 originally by Metropolis Software House for AmigaOS! After changeful 12 years since its original announcement, the AmigaOS port of Gorky 17 became almost what was Duke Nukem Forever for the PC world.

But now it is here and will be for sale at the show in Neuss, Germany celebrating the Amiga's 30 year anniversary.

The MUI for AmigaOS development team is proud to announce the immediate release of version 4.0-2015R3 of the Magic User Interface for AmigaOS4/PPC and AmigaOS3/m68k.

Like all former releases a keyfile is required to enable all available settings. Old keyfiles from MUI 3.8 can be used without any restriction.

Airsoft Softwair - the hardest work men in code business - are proud to present a brand-new plugin for Hollywood: The HTTP Streamer. This plugin allows Hollywood scripts to open files stored on HTTP servers as if they were local files. Furthermore, the plugin also supports streaming of audio and video files via HTTP if the AVCodec plugin is installed. This finally makes it possible to do video and audio streaming with Hollywood which opens up a whole new range of possibilities for developers! Once this plugin has been activated, all Hollywood functions that deal with files will "automagically" be able to open files from HTTP sources as if they were stored on a local drive. It just doesn't get any more convenient!

Ask Me Up XXL 2.4.2, the quiz of general knowledge, is now available for AmigaOS 4.1, MorphOS and Windows computers. The game is now ready for a CD Edition which is planned late September. Play alone and share your high scores with the wider world or play simultaneously with five players, it's up to you!

Take a peek into the development process of the Southern Islands Warp3D driver (a.k.a., W3D_SI) in the latest post to the RadeonHD development log.
