Software News : QuickStart edition of Hollywood & Designer

Due to popular request, Airsoft Softwair is now offering Hollywood 4.0 and Hollywood Designer 2.1 in special QuickStart editions. These QuickStart editions are optimized for a quick and hassle-free installation procedure, which means that they do not have to be burned on CD prior to installation. Instead, you simply download an archive and unpack it to the desired location on your hard drive.

This is as easy as it gets! No installation necessary, just unpack and go. Your Hollywood installation will be ready within a minute!

The QuickStart editions are especially interesting for users of an Efika board without a CD-ROM, and generally for all AROS users because AROS currently doesn't support the Commodore Installer tool. Except for the installation procedure, the QuickStart editions are absolutely identical to the regular versions.

I'm really, really glad about this tres easy to install option, as I don't know if I really have all of HW3.0 because I couldn't make a genuine full ISO from the file I got.

It's just that on that page you link to originally, the upgrade offer isn't listed there so it didn't seem to be available.

It's really a bargain because it gets you versions for all Amiga operating systems and you can also save for Windows & Mac. So it's like 7 Euros per platform :)
