 Maybe also we can have some info on the porting to SAM. My guess is that OS4 is ready to ship as soon as the court case is settled. I really hope the classic version is ready to ship. It would increase the OS4 userbase for the first time since about April-May 2005. |

 Besides, it's "Hyperion's" until it's declared as being "Amiga Inc.'s" ALSo, this would be in Amiga Inc.'s FAVOR, because, IF they win (hope they don't) MORE people will be DEVELOPING SW in the meantime, and anybody who sees this as a negative, no matter the outcome of the trial, is an IDIOT! |

Well, in some cases court decisions just aren't the paper worth they are printed on. Look at the Bolton case: he won his case against Amiga Inc. Did he get any money? Nope! Even if Amiga Inc should win the case, this does not mean anything for Hyperion. A US court decisionis is nothing worth in the EU. And the case is not over yet, Hyperion could still win. |
